This Privacy Policy explains how SureBiomed (“we”) collects and uses personal data through surebiomed.com, WhatsApp and our enquiry forms, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Details you give us: name, hospital/organisation, designation, phone, email, city, and the equipment or service you are enquiring about.
- Messages you send through our website forms, WhatsApp or email.
- Basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and standard server logs.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations.
- To deliver, install and service equipment and to manage AMC/CMC contracts.
- To send relevant updates about equipment and services; you can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations (for example GST and AERB documentation).
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting, email, WhatsApp Business and logistics partners), with our engineers and partners where needed to deliver a service, or where required by law.
