SureBiomed supplies medical imaging systems and spare parts across India and to Dubai and the GCC.
Imaging systems
CT, MRI, Cath Lab, PET-CT and similar systems are shipped by specialised logistics partners with suitable packing, insurance and rigging. Freight, insurance, unloading, rigging and installation charges are stated in the quotation. Delivery timelines depend on equipment availability, de-installation schedules, customs (for international orders) and site readiness, and are confirmed in writing for each order.
Spare parts
Parts in stock at our Bhiwandi warehouse are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days of order confirmation by courier or our engineers. Parts sourced from partners have timelines confirmed at the time of quotation.
International shipments
For Dubai, GCC and other export orders, shipping terms (such as EXW, FOB or CIF), export documentation and destination import formalities are agreed in the quotation. The buyer is responsible for destination duties and local regulatory approvals unless agreed otherwise.
Inspection on arrival
Please inspect consignments on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, then inform us within 48 hours with photographs so that we can raise an insurance claim.
